As a registered training organisation, MG offers fully accredited traineeship training to our host employers as well as those who have already employed their own staff and are looking for a quality training provider.

Once you have employed your trainee:
• We will visit your workplace and develop with you a work-based training program tailored to your needs
   
• Organise the induction of your trainee including registration with our Australian Apprenticeships Centre
   
• Allocate a fully qualified trainer and assessor who will conduct regular visits and assessments and provide support and assistance to your trainee
   
• On the completion of the traineeship term and course units, issue a nationally recognised qualification certificate to the trainee

We provide on-going rolling enrolments, which means your trainee can commence training anytime of the year.
